While the bones are certainly old, this is a very pleasant property. The beds were comfortable, the room was remarkably clean. I will happily stay here again.

Staff are amazing and super helpful! Gentlemen at check-in was known and respectful. I got to meet the owner and he was a very knowledgeable person. Only thing that was a little annoying was no usb plug in the room. That may be a benefit if you’re trying to escape the rat race.

What a treat! My partner and I came to Manitou on a whim this weekend and we were so lucky as to stumble in this amazing little motel. Clean rooms with quality furniture, comfy bed with fresh linens, an pool with crystal clear water, and a warm and friendly staff. A great price for the location and a perfect weekend get away.

I love that u still get a key when u check into this motel . I love the decor it's not fancy it's just right . Also I know alot of old motel smell of old stail cigarette smoke but not here. The rooms are so clean and fresh .

The rooms were great! They were both retro, very comfortable, very homy. We all commented on how we felt very relaxed just walking into the room. There is a big communal covered outdoor area. There are grills - when we pulled up multiple families were in the communal area cooking food and talking to each other. The Rainbow Lodge provides 5 minute access to Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds. We are going to have our next family reunion at the Rainbow Lodge.
