Rainbow Lawn Care has taken wonderful care of my lawn for years with excellent results. This year I used them for aeration, grub control, and weed control. The lawn looks terrific and I don't have asian beetles bedeviling me. the office staff and lawn crew are terrific, responsive, and professional. I can't say enough about their lawn care and customer care.
They fertilize as ordered, but not good customer service! I get emails from them, and they tell me to write back with any questions or concerns. I've written back asking for quotes on creeping Charley control/spraying, and aeration and never hear back. I'm going with another service next year.
I noticed that Rainbow Treecare had a number of certified arborists and did free consultations about boulevard AND property trees. I called and set up an appointment. Russell was very helpful -- he had lots of information about tree care and was patient about our negotiating with our neighbors to share the cost of trimming and fertilizing the black walnut tree.
