This place was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. We learned about this from our pediatrician and just had our first visit. They were fast, professional and very efficient. We walked right in and were seen by staff that knew what they were doing and instantly cared for our baby out of the gate. Check them out!
Decided to give this place a shot as Granite Bay Urgent Care is too far for us and wait times can be long for kids. Walked in, signed new forms, checked in and got seen within under an hour. Very nice from all staff members and has everything to keep kids entertained. Will be going here in the future!
Checked in online with the virtual waiting room and got right in. Saw Dr. Pham within 10 minutes. He was great with my 3 year old daughter. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with his assessment. My daughter, who was sick even said she loved it here. She got to pick out prizes as well! This place is the best urgent care I have ever been to and it’s so nice it’s just for kids. We will be back for sure.
I highly recommend this clinic. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and caring, and the doctor was outstanding. I brought my son in for his first visit, and I was impressed that the doctor had already reviewed his medical history in detail before entering the room. Went in for my 2 year olds dislocated elbow. We were taken in within minutes and saw Dr. Pham minutes later. He was so great! Very kind and very effective. Got down to the diagnosis quickly, gently popped it back in place, and came back to check in on progress after a few minutes. Overall time there was well under a half hour. The staff was great. The building was clean and fun for kids. I will drive out of my way to come to this urgent care for my kids moving forward. Thank you!
