AWFUL jeweler and experience. called in advance to make sure my clasp can be tightened. the second i arrive all the lights were off and the owner is no where to be found, once he saw me at the door and opened he quickly rushed me out telling me there’s no fix unless i pay 80$ before even taking a look. when asking for explanation and what the problem was he would stand there and just look back and give zero response. this is the worst jewelery shop around. i wouldn’t recommend anyone goes here. owner does not care in the sli... read more

Service is poor. I walked into the store and was treated as if I were invisible, even though I was the only customer there. The owner had me waiting for 15 minutes while working on a watch before finally coming over to ask what I needed, only to immediately tell me he was unable to help. The lack of attention and customer service was disappointing. I will not be returning.

Jeweler seemed nice but charged me $20 to remove 4 links from my watch. Everywhere else I’ve gone has only charged me $10 max. I won’t be going back.

Horrible service! Repaired a bracelet and soldered over some of the diamonds. When I inquired, he responded like he did not speak English. He had no problem letting me know the cost of repair though. Unprofessional and unqualified. Do yourself a favor, use the services of a reputable jeweler. Rainbow Jewelers is simply below par.
