NOTE: OWNER IS ON VACATION 10/5/2026-10/24/2026. REOPENING 10/26/2026 . I have been using Rainbow Jewelry for 20 years to fix my watches. The owner has replaced batteries, most recently charging $16. I expected the batteries to last 12-18 months, but they have lasted more like 3-4 years. He has also replaced my watch bands, removed links from band. He has always been courteous. I highly recommend this store!

I went yesterday with a broken watch band The owner took it and fixed it perfectly after a few minutes And charged me very little

AWFUL jeweler and experience. called in advance to make sure my clasp can be tightened. the second i arrive all the lights were off and the owner is no where to be found, once he saw me at the door and opened he quickly rushed me out telling me there’s no fix unless i pay 80$ before even taking a look. when asking for explanation and what the problem was he would stand there and just look back and give zero response. this is the worst jewelery shop around. i wouldn’t recommend anyone goes here. owner does not care in the sli... read more

Service is poor. I walked into the store and was treated as if I were invisible, even though I was the only customer there. The owner had me waiting for 15 minutes while working on a watch before finally coming over to ask what I needed, only to immediately tell me he was unable to help. The lack of attention and customer service was disappointing. I will not be returning.
