They do not care about their customers they just want your money. I have been a customer of theirs for almost 5 years. I've been buying jewelry from them as well as getting my jewelry repaired with them. Now last week I had got my chain repaired and it cost $30 When I went to pick my chain Up at around 5:30 PM . I had the retailer help me put my chain on, and I proceeded to leave later that day the chain broke in the same exact spot I paid for it to get Fixed at so I called but they were Closed so I had to wait until Tuesday... read more
They fixed a chain for me and did a pretty decent job, I'm satisfied and happy.
