I came to Rainbow Jeweler to have my engagement ring set into a different setting along with a pair of diamond earrings. Deanna worked very hard back and forth with me until we both agreed that what I had in mind was perfect. Perfect it was! Exactly what I wanted and I'm absolutely thrilled with how my ring came out!

A Mean store??? Never I would like to say, I have been shopping at Rainbow Jewelers since they were in Swoyersville, I have never heard a bad word about them. They have very nice people working there and most of the people you see in there are the owners. When I read that review I got curious, I called them and asked what their policy's were. A Long History of Great Service This place has been around forever. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about jewelry as well as their customers. Once you visit the store once, you won't be able to shop for jewelry without their experts. They remember you and your likes and dislikes. The prices are only slightly higher than the chain stores, but the level of service and quality is well worth it.

Terrible Policies I got a gift and didn't like what I got. I went back and couldn't find anything that I liked. I couldn't get my money back. THEY DON'T GIVE CASH REFUNDS OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. i got a instore credit. They were mean. After I use the certificate i won't shop their again. There are places near by that I can shop.

jewelry Rainbow Jewelers is a nice jewelry store that offers some pretty jewelry. They have nice diamonds and gemstone jewelry set in many precious metals, like platinum, silver, and gold. Their building is hard to miss. They have a rainbow sign coming out of their building and a rainbow painted on the bricks. They have many sales during holiday time so you can find a great deal here. Very personable service too.

Stan's the man We found Rainbow Jewelers while diamond shopping and got the best price on a diamond there. Since then, my husband has only bought my jewelry there. They have a great selection (esp. charms and diamonds) and are very patient and let you look around and enjoy the shopping experience. The staff is very friendly and Stan is very fair with pricing. It's the kind of place that breeds customer loyalty. PROS: selection, prices, great people CONS: None!

I would highly recommend Rainbow Jewelers to anyone. They diligently helped my fiancé select an engagement ring that was perfect and stunning! I went in to get my ring resized today and they even remembered my fiancé shopping for my ring and made sure my ring would be resized as soon as possible. They are wonderful, accountable and respectful. Rainbow Jewelers is 5/5 stars.

Another wonderful experience from an amazing shop. Purchased our wedding set. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience fun. As always they went above and beyond. They will always get my business.
