Wouldn’t recommend buying from here. They sold me a ring claiming it was real silver, but it turned out to be fake, as in a very short time it lost its color and they refused to refund Or even exchange. I wouldn’t recommend this as this is truly disappointing.
The customer service is extremely poor. I purchased silver ring from them, but it turned out to be fake. Even though before buying I made sure it was real and they guaranteed me it would be genuine. They lied, and when I went back, they never replaced it or offered any proper solution. Very disappointing and untrustworthy. Don’t waste your money on low quality jewellery.
