I cannot say enough good things about this company. Josh and Hope (the owners) are the most kind, thoughtful, honest, and hard working people. They came to our rescue without hesitation when we needed them most. Very responsive as well. We could not be more pleased with their service. I would most definitely do your research before hiring another company besides Rainbow!! If I could give more stars than 5 I would in a heartbeat! Justin and his crew were beyond amazing! They were here on time and worked so hard and were efficient. I could never have a better crew than this one. The were so unbelievable! Our hot water tank broke leaking water from the upstairs to the downstairs. Johnny Y. and his crew came in and were so professional and courteous. They took care of the problem while treating us like one of the family. It made a frustrating situation so much better.

Dishonest. Rude. Passive aggressive. Poor workmanship. Grossly overpriced!!! They were hired to do a large job at our residence and left the house in worse shape than its original condition. They broke multiple personal items, destroyed carpets and drywall. Caution when they say they will clean and pack your personal belongings-when the job went south-they now claim they are not responsible for personal belongings-trust me when I say they will charge you for bubble wrap and boxes!! Horrible business practices, not an honest company. Came in to mitigate damages on my home after I filed a homeowners claim. They showed up on 2/28/23, they came in and looked at the damages, told me they would be back likely the next day or two to set up and that they could then schedule repairs shortly after and get started. The fans and dehumidifiers didn't come for I think another week, then the repairs never started. I was told they had to schedule me out a week or two, then the delays just kept happening. The team arrived promptly after we had water damage in our house and worked quickly and professionally for two full days to mitigate further damage. They then returned daily to check on things and at times that were convenient to us (and with notice). They were very friendly and professional throughout the process and open to our requests. Would highly recommend.

My basement flooded after the heavy rain we had on September 3 rd. I called Rainbow International in Junction City. Gee came out right away and started fans to dry it out. Gee is a very nice, personable man. The next people to come were Phil and Kayla. They also were very nice and polite and they all were very helpful. Then Gee and Kayla came back to clean my carpets and it turned out great. Smells great and everything is back to before the water problem. I would use them again if I ever have any more mishaps.
