I don't even know where to begin. We had multiple pipes burst in the second floor of our home and our insurance USAA connected us with Rainbow. Our project manager Kyle, became like family towards the end, because he not only took the time to answer every question I had, but he was always very patient and kind. I'm very happy with Rainbow's service! They did some remediation after a bathroom leak and were very professional, responsive, reasonable, and did a great job! Would definitely recommend and of course use them again if needed.
