Called to inquire about services and was told there was a $125 fee to check for mold. I read her directly from their website that you could call their number listed for a FREE in-home consultation. She said that does not apply to this franchise. What else will they lie about?
Rainbow International is a great company! When we had a small leak in the basement, we got help right away and without a hassle! I would definitely recommend Rainbow International to all my friends and family.
Don't use this company. Work not completely timely or completely. Employee stole while in my house and house left unsecure several times. They lost my key and never returned it so I had to get all doors re-keyed. Very difficult to work with.
