Working with Rainbow Restoration was an absolute nightmare. The quality of work was unacceptable, and they completely failed to deliver on what was promised. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and the level of care and professionalism was virtually nonexistent. Save yourself the stress and money—hire a company that actually takes pride in their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my interaction with Brandon. Foremost of which is honesty. Secondly, transparency and thirdly being a patient educator. This is precisely the type of contractor you want to work with. Someone that will walk you through the process, help you understand what IS and (more importantly) is NOT needed to get the job done. Cheri and her team is awesome! I would recommend them to anyone that has any water, fire, mold, or smoke damage in their home. Very professional and prompt. Communication is spot on!
