When you have the devastation of a house fire, you need caring compassionate people to help you out and work with you and we felt that with Everyone, especially Carissa Clark at Rainbow Restoration has provided that. Carissa has been very good at explaining and has kept the communication going and keeping us updated on our belongings. It’s important to have that type of caring over your belongings .
We had flooding issues in our basement and they got to us very quickly. Everyone was very pleasant and thorough throughout the process. Luis was always available for questions and concerns and would communicate with us on a regular basis. Would highly recommend!

Upon contacting Jeff, he promptly dispatched a crew to our property within a few hours to initiate the water cleanup, as well as the demolition of drywall and flooring.
