I was expecting the cleaning portion of our restoration process to be very stressful but with the kind, caring & professional crew that arrived from Rainbow Restoration my mind was put to ease. The team of ladies were thorough, detailed and worked diligently to get my home back in order. They were easy to work with, excellent communicators and very good at their job. Thanks to Carissa & the crew my home is getting back to normal after our unfortunate furnace fire/explosion. I would highly recommend this company yo others.
Neil turned what I thought was a disaster into something I didn’t even have to worry about as he handled it so effectively. This was the biggest water issue I’ve ever had to deal with in my basement, but it was by far the smoothest thanks to Neil’s hard work over multiple days!
I have deleted this as it was the wrong Rainbow Restoration. The Rainbow Restoration I worked with is in Winterset.
I recently hired Rainbow International as referred by my insurance company to install a new garage door, and I’m glad I did. From start to finish, the team was professional and efficient, the installation process was seamless, and they maintained contact with me until the project was completed. They even assisted with filing an additional claim with my insurance company and took care of installing and upgrading my garage door opener as well. Highly recommend!
The content cleaning was handled very well. I was pleased with their responsiveness with questions and concerns.
