We unfortunately had water damage that insurance didn't cover. Our Insurance Company referred us to Rainbow International and from our first call with Sherry, I could tell that we were in great hands. The customer definitely comes first with this company. The techs that came to our home were Charlie and Tyler. They were both so very courteous, knowledgeable and highly recommend them! Rainbow is really very fortunate to have such a great team! Great group of people. They were great letting me know their arrival time, they packing so they everything was well protected, they were very respectful to my house and were great about knowing the contents of each box so they were properly dispersed at unpacking day. They did s great job handling my nerves about the whole process too. Overall a top job!
