unethical.dont treat people with dignity. they cracked down on going to the bathroom after getting fines from osha. apparently someone turned them in so it seemed to upset managemt more they were turned in and not once was their personal responsibility mentioned . at a safety meeting once we were told there were no harmful chemicals which is a lie as the chemical that put a barcode on tile is and was frequently spraying out everywhere rather than the tile. So far everything is going really well and I haven't had any problems working there as a packer. People are nice and we get along well. Will see how everything is going in a month...
