We are so impressed with the care our mother, who will soon turn 99, receives from Rainbow Hospice. Amy, her case manager, and all the staff are phenomenal, very caring and professional. Thank you, Rainbow!
I was so relieved when my mom arrived at Rainbow Hospice, It was beautiful inside n so peaceful, except when we had lots of family n friends to visit my Mother in her last hours here. Loved the room n patio n the Memorial Garden. The caring n loving staff were the greatest!!! They were there almost immediately when we put on her call light, to check our moms discomfort! I wanted to say a huge Thank You to the amazing team at Rainbow for the care you gave to my husband in the final months of his life! Everyone from the receptionist to the CNA’s, nurses, social worker and Doctors that helped my husband live out his final days with the dignity he earned! Due to the care they gave him, I started working for Jefferson Memory Care after his passing, continuing to pay it forward! I highly recommend Rainbow!
The care or lack there of they provided to my mother is negligent at best. As a hospice facility I would NEVER recommend it. My advice is to keep looking. Rainbow should be forced into closure and the staff should be barred from practicing medicine.
