Communication is outstanding!! Compassion and empathy for what you need and what price range you need to stay in has been covered with every house I’ve had priced this past year. I know I probably have become annoying. A new future home is a huge deal, especially when you’re moving from a rather large brick home and trying to downsize. rainbow is horrible! not happy with my purchase, no communication whatsoever, no final walk-through and blames everything on the factory you would think after spending $200,000 with them they would communicate with you and make sure you're happy. My hot water heater was leaking for over two months. I could go on with a list of stuff. I dont know how they are still in business. I wish I would have listened to everybody that told me not to go there.
We had an amazing experience with Rainbow Homes, thanks to Vicki! She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Her communication was always on point, making sure we felt heard and valued every step of the way. Vicki walked us through everything with care and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.
