Mobil home built in 2023 is a piece of junk. Was supposed to come with jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. They didn't even put a bathtub in the master bathroom. We had to have them come and install one. Then it was not even the tub we looked at in the model. The Mobil home is played out completely different from the one we looked at on the lot. After reading some of the reviews from dissatisfied customers, I cannot help but to say something. I have actually worked on the homes for the owner of Rainbow Homes, which is Hugh Barrow. In approximately 18 years of working for him, I find that he is extremely fair and honestly, cares about his customer's. Before you leave a complaint, at least give him a call and talk it over with him first. I have personally witnessed him going out of his way to make his customers happy.
Update 2\6: Appointment is scheduled for repairs from manufacturer. Communication with Hugh improved greatly! Thanks for all the help Sherri! She's finally in her home. Now waiting on small repairs from manufacturer. Still waiting on the call back. The delivery drivers, the brick mason & also the deck guys were fantastic! Jim Brown the general contractor was horrible. I don't think he knows much about anything. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Bad communication on the owner as well.
