Totally agree with previous review. Doctor and nurses are friendly and kind. But Present Reception are really rude and with no human service skill. Should not employ this sort of staff far knowing what to give good service to people especially in the service line. Better go back to study what the 7 Ps are.

If i could give this place negative stars i would hands down the most incompetent I've ever seen in my life spells my name wrong do I lost mastiff that they couldn't find or didn't bother to try i called a good few days and "no one could find it" then I must of got the right person there who did it in like 5 minutes I wouldn't recommend rainbow to anyone any other doctors in Mandurah will do a better job then these people they have been open for nearly an hour and their phones are still not ringing through i wasn't going to ... read more
