My usual doctor is Dr Kala who is lovely and always has time for me to explain things when I get flustered. I spoke to Ashley on reception last week she seemed to have a very upset lady on the phone. She handled the situation so professionally and apologized to me for waiting patiently. I was going to praise her after my doctors appointment but she had a queue. If i could give this place negative stars i would hands down the most incompetent I've ever seen in my life spells my name wrong lost my stuff that they couldn't find or didn't bother to try i called a good few days and "no one could find it" then I must of got the right person there who did it in like 5 minutes I wouldn't recommend rainbow to anyone any other doctors in Mandurah will do a better job then these people they have been open for nearly an hour and their phones are still not ringing through i wasn't going to writ... read more
Was on hold got to position 1 then it just hung up.
The new location is excellent. Some more staff training is needed, my clinician had to process his own payment.
