I have tried to establish a Dr-patient relationship with Dr Kala. I have been met with nothing but judgmemt and treated as though i am a child. The wait time is, more often than not, over 30min past your booking and Dr Kala does not listen to your requests, maybe its a language barrier but i wouldnt recomend this doctor at all. Nothing but difficulties and contempt.
I have been going here for over 4 years. Always had excellent care.
The doctors are good, but the wait time is beyond the joke sat there for almost an hr waiting to be seen, they need to not double book appoiments
This place is an absolute joke. They are the most disorganised bunch of people in the medical profession. Always have had a high staff turnover I think the people that work there dont even like the place. AVOID IT , GO ELSE WARE. They are useless.
