Dr Stankova is the best family dr. She such a caring dr and always goes above and beyond for her patience. And always so patience with me. Been going to her for years. The front staff ladies are very nice as well and very friendly and helpful all the time.
STANKOVA is a fantastic doctor! Take pride in her job along with the proper care of her patients!
As much as I love Dr Stankova and the staff, something must be done about the phone system. Even when calling during clinic hours, the greeting message says "our office is now closed" and then it starts listing the clinic hours, which only confirms I am indeed calling during clinic hours. It is unacceptable for a family clinic to not have their phone system updated with its up-to-date schedule. Wait times are also unacceptable. Best clinic I have been to - from the front staff, to the hygienist and to Doctor, Duke Young. Amazing customer service and very attentive to any need. Getting your teeth clean is never fun but they make it such as smooth experience- highly recommend
