I am actually so disappointed with UH pediatrics. I had my baby June 6 of this year. June 10 was going to be my newborns first appointment. Unfortunately the morning of her appointment and only 4 days postpartum I was rushed to the ER for Postpartum preeclampsia. With that we missed my baby’s first appointment at this location. I was in the hospital for 2 days. The most unprofessional place I have ever encountered! The Black nurse YOLANDA has a very bad attitude! I was told I was being discharged from the practice because of doctor Danielle Cardillo. She got mad because I asked for my daughter to be referred to ENT because she keeps getting an infection in her ear. She stated that I did not trust her judgement and came back with discharge papers telling me that its best I see another doctor, and when I tried to speak to the nurse at the front desk she had an attitude and told me I ... read more

I would not recommend it at all the doctors are ok but the front desk girl the light skin one always got a attitude and on top of that to have a no call no show type for a doctors office is crazy people do have stuff that happens in they everyday life to where we can’t always make appointments and have to reschedule but to just blankly deny a kid service is crazy but I’m glad I took my daughter from this weird establishment honestly if you have a Cleveland clinic near you I’d recommend that
