Terrible leadership, Human Resources team is untrained and lacks experience, and employees are micromanaged like crazy. No wonder this company has problems retaining employees! No compete contracts are required in order to work here. Currently after a messy separation several people are constantly checking my social media and linked in profile. Wish I would not have gave 12 years to this company just to be let go over FMLA protected issues
Forcing hundreds of employees to come to work during the COVID-19 outbreak and work in confined close proximity is highly irresponsible. The fact that you remain open is thoughtless. I wonder how many people have been infected because of your behavior. This company does not care about the well being of its employees that keep their business running nor the population they are keeping at risk. I’d say I’m disappointed but I know y’all better than that.
