Unprofessional and scammy. I went to the dentist for wisdom teeth removal. I got them checked with them and provided the X ray. Their dentist said it a simple procedure twice when I went 2 twice physically. I called and asked if I could get the full Anesthesia instead of local anaesthetic. They said it was not required as it's a simple procedure. But in the same call after I mentioned that. Keep in mind the removal was going to be the next day. I was a new patient, and I waited 45 minutes past my appointment slot without a single person even having the courtesy to advise that the dentist was running behind due to an emergency procedure. I waited a hour in total before I had to leave and cancel my appointment. There was no one at the front desk for majority of the time I was waiting to seek an update from. Very disappointed given the otherwise seemingly positive reviews this place gets.

Fantastic dental practice. They accepted my emergency appointment when my own dentist wouldn’t after being a patient for 30 years. So glad I found this practice. Friendly and professional service. Very happy, thanks very much.
