Called to try and make an appointment for my husband since he is not able to call during business hours to make his own appt. The person wouldn't even let me make his appt saying he needs to call to make his own appt. Then tried to say it is due to HIPAA since they have no HIPAA on file for him. I am very familiar with HIPAA and that does not stop someone to making an appt. I told them we will be taking our business elsewhere since she wouldn't let me make an appt. I never had a issue before making appts
