I have had work done on an old bike there and adjustments made. Elizabeth and company are always very friendly, professional and reflect a desire to fulfill what the customer needs vs what they could sell. That reflects a level of honesty and sincere customer support. Only shop I'd every go to. And, we each now have two new bikes and look forward to their continued support.
