my appointment is at 10:15 AM but unfortunately they were short staffed today so I understand. I am only going to rate my experience with Dr. Charles today, October 2, 2024. he went over and beyond today. He was able to answer all my questions, prescribed me proper medication and referred me to specialist. He was thorough and I did not feel rushed at all. He took his time and I appreciate that my health is his priority. he showed me examples and pictures so I can better understand my disease. I highly recommend Dr. Charles.

Horrible doctor, I do not recommend. Office messed up my last name on medical documents and I had to call 2 times to get it fixed. Asked the doctor to call me back regarding concerns for my blood results for 2 weeks, after multiple calls to the office she finally responds to me via their online portal and tells me to schedule an appointment if I want to discuss my blood results. I just had a pleasant experience calling the office for an appointment. So I’m not sure what the reviews are talking about when they refer to the “front desk” as bad. I will edit this if they are truly a nightmare. But so far so good, and professional.

So hard to make an appointment here. If you're lucky enough to actually speak with someone on the phone, they're really rude and their appointments are 4 to 6 weeks out so I start calling 2 months before I need to be seen because I've been calling for a week with no answer. Might just have to make a trip to the actual office just to make an appointment. The front desk is so unbelievably unprofessional uts actually sad. Doctor Rainbow is a great doctor which is the only reason why I am still coming to this office.
