I’m a new client at Rainbow children’s! Wait time for me wasn’t all too bad. Everything moved pretty quickly and my appointment was very quick and efficient. Katrina, who took care of me today was WONDERFUL. My son can be high energy and hard to keep still and she did a great job and was super patient and kind with us. Her care of my son made me extremely happy and I hope to continue seeing her and have her care for us!!
I don’t like doing this, but I believe an honest review can help improve things. I’ve been a patient here for years and have never had an experience like this. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment, yet several people who arrived after us were taken in first—we even saw two of them finish and leave before we were called. The Nurse practitioner I saw at this practice on 4/28/26 Had amazing bedside manner. We came in as a follow up from an ER visit. My baby was still having symptoms so this follow up was necessary for reassurance. She reassured me of how long recovery could be for her having a virus, and also answered all of my questions regarding which age allergy and asthma testing and diagnosing would be and even suggested age appropriate vitamins. This type of attentiveness deserves continued rapport.
