So I had to keep calling like six times and whoever keeps answering the phone hangs up the phone and. They need to learn how to answer the phone before you actually put someone on hold you actually have to hear them say okay just being rude is not sufficient enough at all if someone needs to teach you how to answer the phone correctly
I love this place for my kiddos! And they love it too. I’ve been taking them both here for years and I don’t know if I even want to change drs even after moving away. They just take such good care of the kids and the parents alike. No question is too crazy for them! I highly recommend
Ms. Lori Ebenkamp is a true gem that’s who my child sees. At Rainbow Children’s Clinic. I so grateful that Lori is apart of my child’s medical team. She really cares about our little and deeply what’s them to thrive. 🥹
The staffs are not professional, irresponsible to the patient when my kid get high fever.
