My daughter was seen by Lori today at Rainbow Children’s Clinic, and she was amazing. She was patient, kind, and very attentive. She made us feel comfortable and really took her time to help. We truly appreciate her care and professionalism. Thank you for having such a great team member!
I am very disappointed with the care my three children received during their recent sick visit. After explaining their symptoms multiple times—first to the medical assistant and then again directly to the PCP, Hui Huan—it did not seem like my concerns were taken seriously. When I later reviewed the portal notes, I was surprised and frustrated to see that some of the symptoms I clearly described were documented as denied. Have no problem . Rainbow provides outstanding medical care for my grandson..
This review is for gabby at the front desk the one who answers phones, first off she is very unprofessional and rude . Customer service is definitely not where she belongs unless you want less patients and bad reviews
