Amazing customer service. I’ve used them in the past, but was once again impressed today! Id highly recommend them for a friendly customer service experience and great clean! They always do a fantastic job for me :)

Our dogs managed to chew the lid off a bottle of fish emulsion and spread it through the carpet. It was truly gross! I managed to clean the stain myself but after 2 weeks the smell was still potent. After calling around Rainbow cleaners were the only ones willing to work with us AND guarantee their work. They were positive and helpful on the phone and they were the cheapest!! They were willing to come back 3 times (happy to do so every time) free of charge until the smell was gone. I highly recommend this company.
The carpets looked great I had got a puppy and there were several stains. All gone now. Always punctuatal and courteous.
We moved out of a large home and Paul and his team came in and did a fantastic job for us! He even rearranged a few things to come in and get it done on our last day in the home. I can't thank you enough for that!! Will definitely use them again and recommend them the all!
