Ryan “New Homes” Jones is the man! I registered a client with him and within days we had a contract together with one of the lowest interest rates possible! Ryan is professional, communicative, and very knowledgeable about his product.
I'm an experienced and picky homebuyer. The level of professionalism, patience, and kindness that Ryan (sales agent) and Frank (construction manager) both demonstrated to me was phenomenal! These guys treated me like I was family and that kind of care isn't shown through just any builder!
This is my second review to say Buyer Beware. There are so many problems and upset owners that we want to rent or sale. There are so many issues like poor quality, terrible construction and a do nothing HOA. The doors and windows are substandard and we recently found out that inadequate breakers were installed for a dedicated wash machine outlet. Every time it would spin the breaker would trip.
