If I could give you guys 10 stars, I would. I had my bike fit yesterday and it was a really great experience. It was a friendly and totally non-intimidating for me, the bike fits so well, and I learned a lot since John talked me through the process. I'll be back and I'll recommend Rainbow Bikes to my friends for sure! Also -- quick shout out to Jerry (Jeremy? Gerard?) -- the bike mechanic.

These guys were great. I had bad bearings in the crank 7 miles out, they were to close at 6. Staff knew exactly what the problem was and fixed my bike before 6. We chatted with them until after closing. Nice to know there are still friendly, home style, people out there. These guys are A-1.

Two weeks ago my twin sons went to Rainbow Bikes to purchase bikes for their 13th birthday. I can't give enough praise to Ben for his expertise and patience as my sons made their decisions! We ended up with mountain bikes - one a Trek 3500 and the other a Felt with road tires which he showed my son how to take on and off to switch up with the mountain treads that came with the bike. If you are in the market for new bicycles, go to Rainbow and ask for Ben!!
