I am just so happy! That's it really in a nutshell! John, Jared and Ben were exceptional. They listened and directed me towards a bike that totally fit the bill. I couldn't be happier with the bike (Trek Farley 9.6) as well as with their service. Not only is the sales team at Rainbow incredibly knowledgeable but they are totally trustworthy.
