These folks are fantanstic. Their customer service is the example to follow. You are not a number to be served like I have experienced with other audiologists, they care and want to make sure you are happy with the product they are giving you. They take the time to explan everything so that you can use your hearing aids to their full capacity. I can go on but if you are in the market for hearing aids, these are the folks you need to go with - they will definately take care of you.
Dr. Cara and Mallory have been phenomenal to work with. My husband is undergoing chemotherapy and has had many hearing aid adjustments. She handles everything with attention to him as an individual. Also, Dr. Cara was concerned about my voice strain and sore throat as his caregiver to get me a partner microphone to aid in our communication. Truly holistic care!
