local art supply/craft store Rainbow Arts and Craft is a local store that provides everything you need for crafts and art purposes. The prices are reasonable and the store is always well stocked. You can get bows made for you there for a fee and they are really big, beautiful bows. My son's college requires alot of art materials for his class and he was able to get all of the supplies from there, infact, in a package.
A little bit of everything Rainbow is not usually my first choice in craft stores because the selection isn't as big or as varied as some of the larger chain stores. However, they really have come through for me on many occasion when I needed "just one more thing." They have a very good selection of Wilton baking products as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you can always find someone to help you...unlike the big chain stores!

Supplies galore! This store looks like a tiny place from the outside, but they really pack in the goods. They have a wide variety of art supplies - more in the paint/ drawing areas, but they also dabble in clay and some less popular arts. They have wood carvings and pieces, yarn, string and all kinds of craft supplies you never knew you needed until you saw them. Custom framing is available as well. It's easy to get lost in all the different supplies and buy more than you intended. The prices are moderate.
Nice quality crafting items I crochet alot, so I'm always on the lookout for sales. I often stop at Rainbow Arts & Crafts to see what theymight have for me. This store is well organized and directed more towards drawing and painting than other crafts, but they do have a nice selection in all areas. The prices are decent, and a bit lower than the mega craft stores.
