Excellent Service at Rainbo – Problem Solved! I had a great experience at Rainbo after struggling with my new ice skating boots, which I purchased in January from Offensive Zone Pro Shop in Glenview. I had ongoing issues with the left blade alignment, making it nearly impossible to skate on my left foot. Love, love, love, this shop. It's so cozy. The customer service is outstanding. From customs to adjustments. You never have to assume they know what they're doing.
