Well, I have given them the benefit of the doubt and have kept my patience, but I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a service that is supposed to help you. I’m not one who writes bad reviews, but when things go wrong, it needs to be said and someone needs to take responsibility for it. You are looking for "RINALDI" not this "RAINALDI" I've never worked with a worse contractor. Even management agreed we were charged too much and refused to work it out. Advertised a $39 diagnosis of broken water heater. Technician arrived and spent 1 hour on site then told us we needed to order a new heating element. Next thing we know, my mom is charged $424. Dirty drop cloths on my carpet and tile. I was told plastic would be used. (Not!). I had to steam tile to prevent dirt from being spread throughout the house. Vacuuming before they left could have prevented transfer of dirt left behind to carpet. I am hoping for a better outcome from Fields. They do the drywall repair. After, of course, the walls must be painted. The paint will not match where holes were cut, so plan on painting the entire room.

I came home on 9/10/2015, to find water flowing over from both toilets, and water backing up in all my sinks. I called Rainaldi to try and get someone out to fix the problem since this was an emergency that could not be put off until the next day. This was 7pm. Their answering service said someone would call back in a few minutes. No one bothered, and to this day, has not bothered. I had to call another plumber that night, who came out within an hour. I had scheduled an appointment several days ago for this morning, and when nobody showed up within the scheduled time I called the office. They said I was not in their system. I took time off work, and no one showed up
