We have been going to this vet since October of 2021. They really do care about their patients and try everything to help when a pet is sick. They are very compassionate and caring. They listen to the owner. Dr. Maxwell and Dr. Williamson have provided excellent care to all of our pets. They are great exotic vets. We love all of the staff. I would recommend any pet owner to go there for care . As a side note, they have taken care of three guinea pigs and one hamster of ours. I had an extremely disappointing and heartbreaking experience with this vet. My elderly pet was very sick, and they pushed me into prolonging treatments that only extended suffering. When I brought up euthanasia, they guilt-tripped me and even suggested re-homing my pet—after nine years together—rather than allowing me to make the humane decision.
