I have been coming to Raina for about 2 years now. I was very nervous when I first started therapy because I had never seen a counselor before. I also had never heard of EMDR before starting sessions with her. EMDR has helped me move past some of my trauma in ways I couldn't even imagine. She makes you realize your strengthens and just how powerful our brains really are. I will say you have to come ready to work hard in order to heal.

Best therapist around. The only one I trust to help deal with any and all problems that I throw at her. Would recommend to anyone who desires healing from their past and wants to have a more emotionally productive future.

Having Raina as my counselor has been life changing, I have made more progress in my time with her than I have with any other counselor. She easily adapts to my comfort level and in a non-judgmental way focuses on understanding my experiences. She has used EMDR to help me work through and process past trauma as well as given me invaluable advice during current life challenges. I am thankful to have her guide me through this healing process.
