I can’t not rave enough about Meredith, who bartended for us, and Sam who was our day of coordinator. If you are still deciding on if you really need a coordinator, short answer is YES. Without them the day would have been a mess. Our timeline went smoothly, the partying and the packing up. If there were any “fires” we knew something about it. I would recommend them over and over again.
I wish I could express how grateful I am for Meredith but I don't think you all have 2 hours to read my experience. I originally didn't think I needed a DOC but I am SOOOO glad I did ! She saved my life on SO many occasions. She is so easy to talk to - she listens to ALL of your requests - she genuinely CARES about both bride AND groom! I could NOT have done it without her. And if anyone knows what I went through they would know that statement to be 100% true. She is worth it plus some more !
We had Meredith as our day of coordinator for our wedding in April 2024 and it was the best decision we made for our wedding! She was so helpful with answering all of our questions leading up to and on the day of our wedding. She set up all of our decor for the reception and it turned out absolutely beautiful! She kept everything running smoothly the entire day- from handling any issues that arose, to communicating with vendors, and to ensuring that me and my husband had drinks in our hands!
