Our family arrived from vacation to a flooded basement. Their team arrived promptly and got to work. They carefully packed up our belongings and did an amazing job on the rebuild. The team was highly experienced in working with our insurance. We were so pleased with our experience and would highly recommend to our friends and family.

I called in a panic. They sent someone over immediately to stop all the water and took care of all the insurance stuff. We got our house back in just a few weeks so I’m grateful everything worked out. We were so pleased with the work.

We had the worst experience ever. The agent completely took over the show and would not let me speak to my insurer alone only to find out that she told them lies, exaggerated the extent of damage which was very very minimal. She made herself unavailable when the adjuster wanted to physically inspect our home, instead sent photos. Very expensive lesson learnt: do your own due diligence, never trust them when they promise to “take care of everything on your behalf!” They try to line their pockets at your expense. This was a horrible experience. The project ran 4x as long as it should have and then was left incomplete when I pointed out the unprofessional job that had been done up to that point. She never provided both mirrors for my bathroom and left the one she did provide unmounted. She never had adequate support during the project which lead to massive delays and poor quality output.
