Showed up 14 minutes late to an appointment because I got stuck behind a train. Told I had to reschedule because if they started on me 14 minutes late it would throw off their whole day. I've been going there for over two years and always been very satisfied with their product and normally would not be so frustrated with being told what I was told. My favorite place of all time!! I am very picky about my hair and it takes me a long time to find a salon I like but rain will forever be my place now!! The atmosphere is amazing very girly and chic!! The stylists are super nice!! I have being using Morgan for a year now and I have not had one bad experience! My hair looks great everytime I leave!! Not to mention the hair wash if like 20 minutes long and they massage your head and you are in a darken room with relaxing music on!! It is just the best place to get your hair do... read more
