The crew showed up on time. Very diligent about being safe and getting the job done in a timely manner. Small details I asked for were completed with Care And followed up to make sure it was the way I wanted it. Extremely pleased with the work done.

The only arborists I will ever call. I couldn’t be happier with these folks. I had them take down a dead tree that was hanging over my house and they got it down quickly and safely. Excellent communication throughout the process and a willingness to meet my needs. I’m a woodworker so I wanted to keep some of the scrap and they neatly stacked it for me and also processed some chips to spread along my garden paths.
I am grateful to the Rain Shadow crew for excellent attention to safety, for their agility, and for their ability to work effectively as a team. It was a pleasure to have them caring for my household's well-being.
Visit from operations manager was timely with excellent follow up with bid and schedule. Workers came when promised. Did removal efficiently and effectively. Other three arborists I've used were lacking
