Horrible Service! I let her know not to cut my puppy's hair short and she took the shaver to my Pomeranian and claimed that is how it is suppose to look! 40 years of experience ....well time to retire! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO THIS PLACE! I was so desperate to get her a haircut ...you get what you pay for! She even had the nerve to say she cut no hair around her face.. pictures don’t lie! Never Again!
Recommendedso great with the animals, we took our spike there for 9 years and never a complaint, (aged toy poodle) and now we have rescued one of the dogs that were just left there abandoned. Such caring ladies, I would recommend them to anyone

Well its a dog grooming place so I expect it to be dirty unlike some people commenting on here. In a customer service world, sometimes when your busy at work, you dont want to have conversations with every customer, you just want to get a dog a name and a number to call when the dog is ready. They have always cut my dogs hair great and with no issues. Its very affordable compared to some of the chain groomers around. I have no issues.
I LOVE this place!!! They provide excellent customer service!!! Prices are great! They take every dog in stride, even my parsnikity rescue guys! I recommend them to everyone that I can!!!
This is the only place that I will take my dog she has been going there for two and a half years and she loves it and I have never had any problems and they always know my dog as well as Myself by name when I come in the door
