I called to schedule an assessment and was booked for the next day with Frank. He gave me a time window and even confirmed that morning — then never showed up. I called, texted, and left a voicemail with zero response. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. If you value your time, skip this company. I’d recommend Connecticut Basement Systems or United Waterproofing instead — companies that actually respect your schedule.

Frank and Israel arrived next day for an estimate and started work quickly after. They installed a French drain and sump pump that stopped water infiltration in our basement. They also partially excavated our crawl space and installed a vapor barrier. They gave us a great price and did quality work. I would definitely recommend.

Frank and Israel did a great job in our flooded basement. They installed a sump pump, removed our moldy drywall, and for no additional charge completed water proofing work. They were great to work with. Their prices are unbeatable. They helped us clear out the basement and cleaned up after the work was completed. I am very happy and satisfied with the experience.

Hired Rain King to waterproof our basement and couldn't be happier with the result. The crew was professional, communicative, and clearly knew what they were doing. They installed a full perimeter drain system with dimple board, sump basin, and wall braces — all done cleanly and on schedule.
