The crew is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Although we had a negative experience with the billing office on warranty questions, the on-location work crew is wonderful.

Horrible experiences. We have used Ring for years for our Christmas lights not because they’re good at it because they are the least expensive. This year they left broken glass all over my property when they put the Christmas lights up and even after complaining they left more broken glass after taking the Christmas lights down today. I have a young puppy and four children so I have now spent my time on two different occasions, cleaning up broken glass in my front yard after their negligence.
