The name of the technician who installed the siding is Felix. He was professional, communicative, courteous, and did excellent work. The reason for the 2-star rating is for the lack of and confusing communication from Quinton, the project manager and the office staff. I gave Brad Evans a deposit on July 9, 2025. I contacted the main office a week or so later about an approximate installation date and was told it would be 2 weeks until the project manager would call to provide me with a date. RGS made my 33 year old house look new and fresh!! I’m so in love with the finished product and the best part is it’s maintenance free!!! My whole house was transformed in just over a month. The RGS crew was easy to communicate with and Bob made sure that we were happy with every little detail.
