RGS really gave our place a needed facelift. They were very good to address our concerns and make a few minor adjustments as the project wrapped up. It felt like our project manager Kevin's goal was to make us happy from the start. Also, you just can't argue with RGS's guarantee and the fact that they have been around for so long and will continue to be around in the future just in case. You're not going to find all that with another contractor.
