I ordered a new box online, then received a message that Frank wanted to talk to me before I made the purchase. Frank was concerned that I did not need a new box. He went through a lot of troubleshooting that he didn't have to do. The customer service was beyond exceptional, just like it used to be. We determined i did, in fact, need one. Will go to him for all my system needs. Thank you, Frank!
I sent Frank $20, and he mailed me back a replacement dial, just as promised. Thanks Frank, and it is good to know where I can go for a rebuild since a new RD-1200 is now $383. Yikes!

Frank Scaduto was/is awesome -- professional, honest and very responsive. I told him of the problem I had about the Irritrol Sprinkler Controller (TC12), that the display was working but the solenoids weren't getting the signal. He thought it might be the wiring on the board since it was over 20 years old. Watched a short video on how to replace the circuit board, not really needed but helped with the screws. Took some screen shots with the camera to make sure I put the wires back properly, and with in an hour it was complet... read more
