I had some issues with my old sprinkler timer. I was not working properly. Then, I ordered a replacement and it solved my problem. Frank actually recommended me a better option which worked perfectly. I also had to communicate with him regarding to some of the connections and he responded and helped me quickly. I highly recommend him and his products.

Frank contacted me to make sure I was getting the right item to resolve the problem of the irrigation controller I had not turning on my valves. As a result, I got exactly what I needed and the problem was resolved plus I saved money as a result.
