Buyer beware , he will not honor the 5 year warranty. He is not an authorized seller, so Irritrol will not honor the warranty. I bought a “new” controller from his shop on eBay. It lasted two years. He wouldn’t honor the warranty even after admitting my unit was a Covid unit, which had sub par components.

A great experience… I am a pretty capable DIYer. I found this company searching for the controller model number. I then sent an order in for a rebuilt replacement. Within minutes, Frank called me. He wanted to make sure that I could provide the serial number and date of manufacture. He stepped me through how to gather the information. This company is awesome. What a great service and value! The owner, Frank S, saved me a lot of money. He walked me through some troubleshooting. I had some odd clicking sounds on my solenoids. Anyway, I sent my board and control unit to him. He repaired for $60. I got it back in 5 days (includes outgoing postal time). It looks like brand new.
Frank is the best. Frank spent time with me to diagnose my unit’s issue and taught me more how the internal works. I got a set of new rain dial afterwards. Best service!
