I cannot say enough great things about Rain Defense. I called many contractors after I discovered a rain leak on my roof, and Rain Defense was the only company that had a real person get back to me within minutes (the others took several days or a week to even return my call/voicemail, and some used an AI assistant to do the callback, which was extremely frustrating). I've been dealing with a water leak coming from above our large slider door in our living room for over six years - it would rain inside 2-4x year when the atmospheric rivers rolled through the Bay. I've worked with multiple contractors who were never able to solve the problem. Rain Defense approached it differently — they methodically tested (visual, water, etc), removed siding, and eventually traced the issue back to water intrusion from above.
