We worked with Rain City Property Management when we were dealing with our warehouse lease, and they were a big help. The lease had a lot of details that were not easy to understand, especially around the lease term, property taxes, insurance, common area costs, and how those expenses were charged back to tenants. We've worked with Dmitri at Rain City Property Management on two insurance restoration projects, and both went off without a hitch.
