I took time out of my schedule for an estimate and they no showed me, frustrated but I still rescheduled. Now we are a week past the date that they came to give me an estimate and I have gotten zero correspondence back after multiple phone call attempts. Flighty contractors are a big red flag for myself personally.
Rain Away completed the gutters on our new home today 17-Nov 2020. The gutters look great. The installation was perfect with gutters and drain pipes carefully aligned and secured. I was impressed with the care and concern they made in making sure the installation included picking the best spot to drain the water too in order to prevent soil erosion and settling.
I scheduled two times for an estimate from this company. The first time they totally dropped the ball and didn’t show. The second time I scheduled, they didn’t show, and when I called them, they gave me some line about the estimator being unavailable. Listen, family emergency or something along that line...no big deal. Just give me a call and let me know...but GIVE ME A CALL. Don’t just let me waist my day sitting around.
