Working with Rain has made a huge difference to my physical and emotional wellbeing. I have benefited a lot from talk therapy over the years, but it turned out there was a missing piece in working somatically with my body and energy. Rain helped me work through unhelpful blockages from long ago and settle my nervous system. She's been instrumental in helping me become more centred and connected -- both with myself and with my child. I'm very grateful.
